Our Story

Faro Behavioral Health was born from a simple conviction: that children with autism and developmental differences deserve more than a one-size-fits-all approach — and that the families supporting them deserve a true partner, not just a provider.

Founded in Temecula, California, Faro brings together clinical excellence, deep community roots, and a values-driven culture to deliver ABA therapy that creates real, lasting change. We are BCBA-led, evidence-based, and family-centered in everything we do.

Our Mission

We deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy with culturally sensitive, family-first practices. Our goal is to empower parents, support children’s independence, and reduce barriers to access for families throughout Southwest Riverside County.

Founder & CEO

Pierre brings over 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, business, and community service to Faro Behavioral Health. Currently completing his Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at National University, Pierre founded Faro out of a deep commitment to serving families in the Temecula Valley. He is driven by his faith and a conviction that quality behavioral care should be accessible to every family, regardless of background.

Erika Murillo

Co-Founder & HR Director

Erika is the operational heart of Faro Behavioral Health. As co-founder and HR Director, she oversees hiring, culture, and the day-to-day systems that allow the clinical team to do their best work. Erika brings a people-first approach to every decision, ensuring that Faro is not only a great place for families — but a great place to work.
